Unwind at our cozy family condo by the beach with a spacious living room, screened in porch, and fully stocked kitchen. This 2nd floor unit located at the Litchfield by the Sea Resort offers a private beach, outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, playground, walking/bike paths, tennis/pickleball courts, and a fishing pier. There's a restaurant/tiki bar and Starbucks on property. Beach shuttle (seasonally) is next to the pool, or walk the 8-10 minutes to the private beach access.

The couch is a pullout sofa and sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided. The kitchen has all the comforts of home including cabinet space to store your groceries, a full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice trays, electric oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig with K-cup and 12 cup pot. Also included are pots, pans, baking dishes, cookie sheets, children's plates, cups and plasticware. The washer and dryer can also be found in the kitchen.

Other Details to Note

☆☆ 7-night minimums in June, July, and early August with Check-in/out on Saturday only☆☆ You will be provided with just about everything you'll need... one set of sheets per bed and pull-out sofa sleeper, bath towels, beach towels (8), beach chairs (6), wash clothes, hand towels and dish towels. A starter pack of soap, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish tabs/liquid dish soap, hand soap, and trash bags....anything additional you will need to bring. ☆ Early check-in/late check-out cannot be accommodated in the high season. If the unit is ready early, I will let you know. Otherwise, I am happy to provide local recommendations to keep you busy prior to 4pm. ☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation. ☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation. ☆No smoking/vaping/marijuana is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property. ☆Dogs permitted for an additional fee of $25 per night per animal with prior approval of the owner. Please submit inquiry before booking. Cats or other pets not permitted. ☆REFUNDS☆ We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. You have full access to all the Lichfield Resort has to offer...pool with lazy river, hot tub, kids playground, walking/biking paths, on-site restaurants such as Coastal Dish, the Deck, and Starbucks. If walking is more your style, you can stroll about 5-8 mins on one of the many walking paths to the private beach access and outdoor showers, restrooms, and viewing deck with lounge chairs. If you plan on using your car and parking near the beach, please use the app to notify us. We will need to reserve you a gate pass to enter the gated portion of the resort.

We loved our condo the moment we opened the door. The entire space was immaculate. Every convenience was thought of and we all felt right at home. Our daughter got married in Pawley’s island and Litchfield by the Sea was the preferred accommodations. Although our condo wasn’t in the wedding block we were close by all our guests. We so appreciated having a pet friendly place to stay so conveniently located. The screened patio was beautiful and our pups loved it! Thank you to Haley and Traci for making our stay comfortable and easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

We decided to go after the summer season and it was well worth the wait. Super quiet and peaceful beach and pool area. The condo itself was clean and provided everything we could think that we might need! The unit was spacious and with those super high ceilings it felt more like a house. AC worked great and beds were extremely comfortable.

Great spot and great host! The screened in patio was our favorite every morning and evening, and our young daughter loved it as well. Very clean, updated furniture, and host was very responsive to our needs and requests. The pools onsite were great (especially for a toddler) and we opted to do the short drive to the beach instead of walking. Will definitely be returning as this is a new fav for us!

We had a wonderful stay! Super kid-friendly with games and books for the kids. The patio was perfect for morning coffee, and everything was just as described. Walking distance to the pool, plus the golf cart shuttle to the beach was so convenient. We loved having the beach gear ready to go, and the location was close to plenty of places to eat. Extra perks: great water pressure, blackout curtains (huge win for us), comfy beds, and the kitchen had all those little necessity items you don’t think about needing but are so glad to have. We’d definitely stay again!
